Allotment of Kalika and Sanima Mai IPOs today

Allotment of Kalika and Sanima Mai IPOs today

The allotment of IPO equity shares of Kalika Micro Credit Development Bank Limited and the allotment of Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited is taking place today.

Allotment of Kalika’s IPO will take place at NMB Capital Limited’s Office at 10:00 AM while allotment of Samina Mai’s share will take place at Sanima Bank Building at Narayanchour, Naxal at 3:00 PM.

Updates will be provided when allotment is made by today.

List of Companies Proposes Dividend

1. Rural Microfinance Development Centre Limited has proposed 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year.
2. Guras Life Insurance issuing 11.66 lakh unit rights shares from today (1st nov 2013)
3. Nepal Investment Bank Limited has proposed 35 percent dividend – 10 percent bonus share and 25 percent cash—to its shareholders from the net profit it registered in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
4. Global IME Bank has proposed 15 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it registered in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
5. Civic to give 9% cash dividend, Gaurishankar proposes 20% dividend
6. Guheyshwori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited has proposed 17 percent dividend—15 percent bonus share and 2 percent cash—to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

Similarly, Bhrikuti Development Bank has proposed 20 percent bonus share from its net profit in the last fiscal year.

7.The AGM will distribute 20 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

8. City Development Bank Limited has approved of 22.5 percent bonus share from the net profit it registered in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

Prabhu Bikas to transform into commercial bank.

Prabhu Bikas bank is planning for merger with Grand Bank, Nepal Housing & Merchant, Kathmandu Finance and NDEP.

Prabhu Bikas Bank is making preparations to upgrade it into a commercial bank.
Only three months back it had transformed into a National level development bank, merging a few Banking and Financial Institutions.

“We are planning to transform into a commercial bank and are planning to merge a few BFIs,” bank officials informed. “We are holding talks with more than four BFIs and are aiming to land a deal within two weeks.”

The Banks or institution includes Grand Bank, Nepal Housing and Merchant , Kathmandu Finance and NDEP Development Bank. As NRB suggested Prabhu to go for merger since it has been able to collect the highest level of deposit among all the development banks. It has collected around 9 Crore in last month and has made Paid-up capital around 76.59 crore.Since it had got deposit but no more investment which has made Prabhu to go through the merger process.
